- Billing - LGBS assists clients with negotiating, obtaining and maintaining billing agreements. The process of billing monthly fees through a third party billing house can be a difficult process. We assist our clients through the process and obtain necessary approvals in a seamless manner. Monthly reports provide all details regarding customer retention and cancellations.
- Customer Service - LGBS simplifies our client company recordkeeping requirements. Each client company must maintain a center to provide all aspects of customer service regarding their billing accounts. We assist with the development of a customized customer service training manual for each client company. The manual provides, in detail, the language and processes to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with the services billed.
The customer service representatives for our client companies will be trained to provide world class customer service, allowing for high customer retention and low levels of service cancellations.
- Scripting - The FCC and FTC provide the guidelines and standards that must be adhered to for our client companies to operate in compliance at all times. The FCC requires that all client companies must establish a third party verification company to ensure that sales are properly verified and processed.
At LGBS, we require our client companies to use appropriate and detailed descriptions of the products they are selling and the services they will be providing and billing through their customers monthly telephone bills. We will assist our client companies with obtaining the necessary approvals and maintaining those approvals by scripting approved language that will assure continued compliance with the ever changing rules and regulations.
